First we send a confirmation for the receipt of your order. We accept your contract offer (order) within two working days by sending an order confirmation. If you have provided your e-mail address, you will also receive an order confirmation, including all data entered, via e-mail.
3. Prices
For customers in Germany or within the European Union, the prices quoted include value added tax and postal charges.
For customers outside the European Union, the prices do not include German VAT. Instead, the locally valid import sales tax is payable on receipt of goods. In certain circumstances, import duty is payable. For Switzerland, no duty is charged, since our products are manufactured in the European Union and are therefore treated preferentially. Outside the European Union, postal charges are due, for details please refer to the next section ”Payment and delivery conditions”.
Außerhalb der Europäischen Union sind Versandkosten zu entrichten, die Sie dem folgenden Abschnitt "Zahlungs- und Lieferbedingungen" entnehmen können.

You can return the goods received without stating a reason within two weeks of purchase by return shipment. The approval period begins after receiving this notice in text form (i.e. as a letter, fax or email), however not before the customer’s receipt of goods or before fulfilment of our information obligations according to section 312c sub-section 2 of the BGB (German Civil Code) in connection with Part 1 sections 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV (informational obligations in consumer contracts) as well as our obligations according to section 312e sub-section 1 paragraph 1 of the BGB relating to section 3 BGB-InfoV. If you claim your right of return in text form, the goods will be picked up at your location. The right of withdrawal from the contract does not exist for goods as stated in section 312 d sub-section 4 BGB. Amongst others, these include: delivery of goods which have been manufactured to customer specifications or are clearly customised for the customer’s personal use. From our product range, this includes the HELIOS sundial, the wall sundials SCALA and VETRO and all sundials which are manufactured to order for the customer to match the geographic co-ordinates of his own location.
6. Consequences arising from return of goods
In the case of an effective return of goods purchased, each party shall return the services received and provide compensation for use (e.g. advantages of use) in full. If the goods have suffered from use, compensation for lost value may be claimed. This is not valid if the deterioration in the goods is solely due to opening for inspection purposes, as would be possible in a retail store. You can avoid your obligation of replacement value in the case of goods damaged by normal use by not using the product and avoiding any action which might cause loss of value thereof. Obligation for repayments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The repayment period starts for the purchaser from the day the goods are shipped or claim for return, for the vendor from the day goods are received.
